  • 2 cups noodles or spaghetti

  • 1 pinch salt (as required)

  • 2 nos steel tea strainers (katori size and one either bigger or smaller)


  • Boil Spaghetti Or Noodles With Chaat Masala Or Noodle Masala, Salt And Water. Keep A Wok On Flame With Oil.
  • Take Big Tea Strainer Spread Little Noodles/Spaghetti On It Covering All Over The Strainer.
  • Oil The Base Of The Smoller One, And Use To Press Slightly The Spaghetti To Hold Them In Place.
  • Lower The Strainers In Hot Oil From The Sides And Holding It. Let It Be Golden Brown Then Remove From Oil.
  • Remove Top Strainer Slowly Followed By Bottom, And You Wil Be Left With A Noodle Nest Or Katori.
  • Make More Following Same Concept.
  • Katoris Can Be Used For Serving Noodles Or Chaats Or Salad Or Any Semi Dry Meal U Prefer (Like Chilli Chicken Or Paneer)
