TO prepare the blooms stamens need to be removed.
Wash the petals gently to look for tiny insects and keep them aside.
In a bowl mix in all the ingrediets.
Add water and mix it well to avoid lumps.
Add some water to make a not so thick , no so thin batter.
Heat oil in a kadai .
Dip flowers in the batter and coat it properly.
When oil is hot deep the flowers until golden brown and remove on a tissue paper.
