Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice 1 cups

  • small bunch palak 1 nos

  • paneer 50-60 gms

  • turmeric PD 1/8 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tbsp

  • cummin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • small onion 1 nos

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • garlic cloves 7-8 nos

  • garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • Little milk 1 tbsp

  • ghee 1 tbsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

    Wash n soak the rice

    Boil the water with salt drops of lemon juice n oil.

    Once the water start boiling add rice n Cook till only 75% done, remaining ll cook in dum.

    Blanch the palak n make puree.

  • 05

    Make a green masala by grinding green chillies, ginger n garlic with little salt.

    In a kadai add oil n fry the paneer cubes, keep aside.

    In same kadai add cummin seeds let it crackle, add 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic n onion,let them turn pink in colour.

    Now add all the remaining masala like chilli paste, n other dry ingredients n palak puree.

    Cook till raw smell goes.

    Finally add half of the paneer cubes nlemon juice.

    Now layer the palak paneer with the rice, sprinkle little milk, n ghee on it. Put remaining paneer cubes on top n let it cookon dum till it done.

    Check if it's done off the gas, palak paneer biryani is ready to serve. Njoy
