Ingredients

  • Beef Mince Meat 1 kgs

  • Egg (beaten) 1 nos

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder/Turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • green chillies 5 nos

  • Onion chopped 1 nos

  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

  • Mint leaves 4-5 nos

  • Capsicum (chopped finely) 1 nos

  • Besan (Gramflour) 2 tbsp

  • Cummin seeds powder (freshly roasted) 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp

  • Cashewnut powder 3 tbsp

  • Parathha: All Purpose Flour 4 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Oil 1 tsp

Directions

    Pound green chillies n mint leaves together...

    In a bowl put beaten egg, yogurt, besan n oil beat well... den add ol ingredients n mix very well..

    mek long kebabs n lay on tray den mek long kebabs n lay on tray den freeze for 1 hr...freeze for 1 hr...

    Bake on greased tray on 170°C...

    turn de kebabs de oder side to brown it up...

    Optional:Wen done do charcoal smoke (red hot charcoals lower on tray pour 1 tsp ghee on de coal cover it).

    Remuv on casserole den garnish wid sliced onions n lemon slices n serve wid chutneys n salad

    Parathha:mix flour n salt add egg n oil n mix well, bind to soft elastic dough n cover wid cling film den let it rest for 1/2 an hr..

    mek oblong shape of de dough n cut into 7-8 pcs...

    roll each into big roti apply ghee ol over it n sprinkle flour.

    fold in like japanese fan, flip flap til u get one strip, now roll into swissroll making a flat ball, wen ol done kip in freezer for 15 mins.

    roll dis ball into roti n roast on tava on both sides

    put enuf ghee n roast it till nicely browned up on both sides....
