First take out florets from Gobi, wash it properly.
make a mixture of Maida, corn flour and salt.
Dip Gobi in maids mixture n fry like pakodas, once done take it out, again fry once again ( doing this prevent them become soggy)
In a pan add oil, add chopped garlic saute it,now add onion n saute. Add capsicum green chillies red chilli powder,soya sauce, tomato sauce saland spring onion saute on high flame
add remaining mixture of maida cook then add fried gobi mix well add spring onion again mix gently.Dish out in a plate garnish with spring onion Njoy
