  • 1 nos gobi,medium

  • 1/4 cups maida

  • 3-4 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp soya sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 2-3 nos green chillies

  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli pd

  • 1 nos small onion

  • 1/2 nos small capsicum( optional)

  • 7-8 nos garlic pods ,finally chopped

  • 1 nos spring onion

  • 1/2 tsp tanduri masala

  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • First take out florets from Gobi, wash it properly.
  • make a mixture of Maida, corn flour and salt.
  • Dip Gobi in maids mixture n fry like pakodas, once done take it out, again fry once again ( doing this prevent them become soggy)
  • In a pan add oil, add chopped garlic saute it,now add onion n saute. Add capsicum green chillies red chilli powder,soya sauce, tomato sauce saland spring onion saute on high flame
  • add remaining mixture of maida cook then add fried gobi mix well add spring onion again mix gently.Dish out in a plate garnish with spring onion Njoy
