Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups leftover mix veg or any subji


  • 2 nos boil potatoes


  • 2 nos brown or white bread


  • 1-2 tsp gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 cup chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1/4 tsp gram masala


  • 1/4 cups oats


  • 1/4 cups cornflour for coating


  • 1/2 cups soaked sabudana or suji


  • 200 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • Take a bowel put all the ingredients except cornflour and suji
  • Mix all together properly and make a cutlets mixture
  • Give cutlets shape
  • Now take bowel put cornflour and add little water and make a thin paste
  • Dip these cutlets in cornflour paste
  • Take a plate and spread sabudana or suji and roll these cutlets
  • Put these cutlets into hot oil and deep fry it properly
  • Serve with ketchup or chutney
