Boil potatoes and cut them in small cubes.
Switch on gas take deep pan put 2 tablespoon mustard oil in it when it becomes v.hot then put jeera init then green peas and potatoes.
Cover it with lid and slow the flame. Stir it occasionally when they becomes little soft then put haldi, red chilli powder and salt along with tomato puree.
Now high the flame and stir it until tomato puree mixup in it properly then sprinkle Garam-Masalla. Our dish is ready.
Take serving bowl transfer dish in it
