Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400 gms potatoes


  • 100 gms green peas


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 4 nos medium size tomato puree


  • 1/2 tsp garam-masalla


  • 4-5 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Boil potatoes and cut them in small cubes.
  • Switch on gas take deep pan put 2 tablespoon mustard oil in it when it becomes v.hot then put jeera init then green peas and potatoes.
  • Cover it with lid and slow the flame. Stir it occasionally when they becomes little soft then put haldi, red chilli powder and salt along with tomato puree.
  • Now high the flame and stir it until tomato puree mixup in it properly then sprinkle Garam-Masalla. Our dish is ready.
  • Take serving bowl transfer dish in it
