Soak black chana overnight and then cook them for 5 vessels
In a pan add 4 tablespoon oil and heat it
Then add onions and tomatoes to it and fry them
Later add ginger garlic paste and fry a little more
Later add 1 cup of soaked and cooked chana and add mash it thoroughly
Later add tamarind extract and cook until water evaporates
Then add salt, red chilly powder, garam masala, chaat masala and fry it
Then take in a serving plate and garnish with onion, grated carrot, sweet chutney, green chutney, coriander, curd and save
This must be served hot for good taste😉
