Ingredients

  • karele( round kat k salt n turmeric water mai soak kare 1/2 an hour k liye) 2 nos

  • red chilli PD 1 tbsp

  • turmeric PD 1/4 tsp

  • dhaniya PD 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 nos

  • cornflour 1-2 tbsp

  • curry leaves 10-12 nos

  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp

  • Tandoori masala( agar na ho tu add pinch red colour) 1 tsp

Directions

    Karele ko pani se nikal kar sab ingredients ko mila kar marinate kare aur 1/2 an hour rakhe.

    Oil garam kar kcrisp hone tak fry kare.Aur tissue paper per nikal le.

    Curry leaves ko bhi fry kare.

  • 04

    Tea strainer( channi) mai sesame seeds ko dal kar fry kar le.

  • 05

    Karele mai fried curry leaves aur sesame seeds ko mila kar serve kare. U can store also for days. Njoy
