Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 cups arabic roti: wheat flour


  • 1 tsp yeast


  • 2 nos green chillies (pounded)


  • 1 nos garlic (pounded wid chillies)


  • Garlic (pounded wid chillies) 2 tbsp


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 kgs steak:beef fillet (slices)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp tenderiser


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp garlic (pounded)


  • 1 piece smol pc of ginger (pounded)


  • 1 nos stirfried salad:capsicum (strips)


  • 1 cups cabbage (chopped)


  • 1 cups mushrooms (slices)


  • 1 cups lettuce (chopped)


  • 3 nos garlic cloves (pounded)


  • 1 tsp salt n pepper


  • 3 cups tossed salad:salad thin jullienes (cabbage, onion, capsicum n carrots)


  • 2 tbsp hot sauce


  • 4-5 tbsp tamarind sauce

Directions

  • mix ol well den bind wid warm water to nice soft dough n let it rise... mek 10-12 pingpong balls..
  • Roll into very thin roti sprinkling dry flour
  • roast dry on tava on high o med flame...
  • Steak:marinate de slices in above for 3hrs den fry dem in lil margarine or oil on high flame
  • wen both sides brown up put low flame n mek it done.... remuv from flame cut into strips...
  • Stirfried Salad:in a pan put 2 tbsp olive oil n kip on flame add garlic n mix well...
  • add mushrooms braise till nicely browned up add de rest n toss well remuv from flame add salt n pepper...
  • mix wid fried steak strips...
  • Tossed Salad:toss ol well
  • To make wraps: lay arabic roti, put steak mixture in a line on it put tossed salad...
  • fold in a roll cut in half n serve
  • Prepare wen serving to eat as roti cn go soggy koz of sauces
