Soak kabuki chana over night
Morning tie tea powder INA cloth.
In a pressure cooker add chana, and tea powder potli, salt and take 2-3 whistles.
Make tomato puree and keep aside.
In a kadai put oil , cloves,cardamom, bayleaf cinnamon and stir for seconds.
Now add finely chopped onion ncook till it turns into light golden colour.
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for seconds.
Add tomato puree, then all the drymasalas and Cook till oilseprates from gravy.
Add cooked Chole and little water of boiled Chole.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on sim.
Now add chopped greenchillies and coriander leaves.
Garnish with onion and coriander serve with puri, paratha , chapati or with rice.
