  • butter/margarine 1 cups

  • sugar 375 gms

  • eggs 5 nos

  • all purpose flour (maida) 375 gms

  • baking powder 3 tsp

  • chaat masala 1/4 tsp

  • cocoa (add 1/4 cup boiling water in 1/4 cup cocoa n mix well) 125 gms

  • oil 3 tbsp

  • vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Other Ingredients for toppings: Walnuts (chopped) 1/4 cups

  • Choc Ganache (melted cooking choc mixed wid fresh cream) 1 cups

  • Nutella 2 tbsp

  • Black Coffee (Expresso) 1/2 cups

  • Choc Cream: lil butter, cocoa n icing sugar mix wid hot water lil by lil 1/4 cups

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    in a big bowl beat sugar n butter til its creamy add one egg at a tyme n beat well til ol done add oil, chaat masala n cocoa mixture n fold in well den add dry ingredients n few chopped walnuts n mix well....

    pour on a greased baking tray, bake on 170°C...

    wen cake is done let it cool a lil den cut hlf horizontally...

    sprinkle a good amount of black coffee on the entire cake....

    let it cool dwn den spread choc cream n sprinkle chopped walnuts n place de oder half bek.

    now on the entire cake apply nutella n place some walnuts den drizzle choc ganache...
