  • 1 cups butter/margarine

  • 375 gms sugar

  • 5 nos eggs

  • 375 gms all purpose flour (maida)

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala

  • 125 gms cocoa (add 1/4 cup boiling water in 1/4 cup cocoa n mix well)

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/4 cups other ingredients for toppings: walnuts (chopped)

  • 1 cups choc ganache (melted cooking choc mixed wid fresh cream)

  • 2 tbsp nutella

  • 1/2 cups black coffee (expresso)

  • 1/4 cups choc cream: lil butter, cocoa n icing sugar mix wid hot water lil by lil


  • Sift dry ingredients together.
  • in a big bowl beat sugar n butter til its creamy add one egg at a tyme n beat well til ol done add oil, chaat masala n cocoa mixture n fold in well den add dry ingredients n few chopped walnuts n mix well....
  • pour on a greased baking tray, bake on 170°C...
  • wen cake is done let it cool a lil den cut hlf horizontally...
  • sprinkle a good amount of black coffee on the entire cake....
  • let it cool dwn den spread choc cream n sprinkle chopped walnuts n place de oder half bek.
  • now on the entire cake apply nutella n place some walnuts den drizzle choc ganache...
