4 nos leftover idlis
1 nos onion sliced
1 nos green chilly chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
4-5 nos curry leaves
1 pinch sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. let it splutter and add curry leaves and chillies.
Slice idli and add into the pan.
add some salt, sugar , turmeric powder and toss it gently.
add lemon juice and mix.
serve hot.
