Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos leftover idlis


  • 1 nos onion sliced


  • 1 nos green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 4-5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. let it splutter and add curry leaves and chillies.
  • Slice idli and add into the pan.
  • add some salt, sugar , turmeric powder and toss it gently.
  • add lemon juice and mix.
  • serve hot.
