Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms beeter gourd


  • 4 nos onion chopped


  • 4 nos tometo chopped


  • 2 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 cups fali


  • 5 nos garlic


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 2 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 4 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd


  • 2 tsp dry mango pwd


  • 1 tsp sabji masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • First peel the bitter gourd, Cut it middle
  • Spread salt on it ,Keep a side
  • After that wash bitter gourd for 4 to 5 times
  • Heat pan fry the bitter gourd Keep a side
  • Take a mixer jar put coriander leaves, garlic green chilli,fali,2 tsp coriander pwd,1/2red chilli pwd,amchur pwd make a paste
  • This paste fill in the fry bitter gourd ,Tie with thread
  • Take a pan heat oil ,Add onion and green chilli chopped
  • Saute till onion is red and Add tometo chopped
  • When tometo soft add coriander pwd ,red chilli pwd and turmric pwd ,Add 1/2 cup water
  • Put bitter gourd on it ,Shimmer it for 8 to 10 min.
  • Open thread , Ready to serve with roti
