Ingredients

  • calcutta beetal (paan),torn in to a small pieces. 4 nos

  • gulkand 4 tbsp

  • beetal leaves (paan masala) 2 1/2 tbsp

  • fennel seeds 1 tsp

  • vanilla ice cream 2 1/2 cups

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.

  • 02

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hr .

  • 03

    Pour equal quantitiesin to 12 shot glasses and serve chilled.
