Ingredients

  • 4 nos calcutta beetal (paan),torn in to a small pieces.


  • 4 tbsp gulkand


  • 2 1/2 tbsp beetal leaves (paan masala)


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hr .
  • Pour equal quantitiesin to 12 shot glasses and serve chilled.
