4 nos calcutta beetal (paan),torn in to a small pieces.
4 tbsp gulkand
2 1/2 tbsp beetal leaves (paan masala)
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hr .
Pour equal quantitiesin to 12 shot glasses and serve chilled.
