Ingredients

Serves 2

  • cooked rice 1 cups

  • beaten curd 1 cups

  • chopped green chillies 3 nos

  • dry red chillies 2 nos

  • cooking oil 2 tbsp

  • black musterd seeds 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • curry leaves 1 tsp

Directions

    Mix curd & rice togather & keep aside.

    Now heat oil & add black musterd seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies & chopped green chillies. Let it splutter.

    Add the curd & rice mixture to it & saute well.

  • 04

    Add salt & saute for 3-4 munutes & consume it.
