Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups cooked rice


  • 1 cups beaten curd


  • 3 nos chopped green chillies


  • 2 nos dry red chillies


  • 2 tbsp cooking oil


  • 1/2 tsp black musterd seeds


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp curry leaves

Directions

  • Mix curd & rice togather & keep aside.
  • Now heat oil & add black musterd seeds, curry leaves, dry red chillies & chopped green chillies. Let it splutter.
  • Add the curd & rice mixture to it & saute well.
  • Add salt & saute for 3-4 munutes & consume it.
