potatoes medium size 3 nos
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
veg mayonnaise 3 tsp
salt or required 1 tsp
veg oil 2 tsp
tomato ketch up 2 tsp
mint leaves 7-8 nos
Boil potatoes in salted water & dried it up nicely using kitchen towel.
Scoop potatoes with a scooper & separate the skin as like basket.
Now add salt, mayonnaise, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & cumin powder in to the scooped potato & mash them well.
Now grease some oil in to the potato basket & fill the cavity with mashed potatoes.
Now heat some oil in to the pan & shallow fry the potato baskets.
Garnish it with tomato ketch up, mayonnaise & mint leaves.
