Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Fish 5-6 piece

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Chilli Powder 3 tsp

  • fish masala 1 tsp

  • Amchoor Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Garlic Cloves (pounded) 4 nos

  • Curry Leaves 8-10 nos

Directions

  • 01

    in a broad wok put 4-5 tbsp oil keep in flame, add garlic n curry leaves then add tomatoes with ol spices..

  • 02

    Make it paste like add 1/4 cup water n mix well, now keep fish pcs on gravy, then turn it the other side n keep high flame to brown and dry up the gravy

  • 03

    Garnish with chopped corriander leaves and green chillies
