Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5-6 piece fish


  • 3 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 3 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp fish masala


  • 1/2 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 4 nos garlic cloves (pounded)


  • 8-10 nos curry leaves

Directions

  • in a broad wok put 4-5 tbsp oil keep in flame, add garlic n curry leaves then add tomatoes with ol spices..
  • Make it paste like add 1/4 cup water n mix well, now keep fish pcs on gravy, then turn it the other side n keep high flame to brown and dry up the gravy
  • Garnish with chopped corriander leaves and green chillies
