  • Chauli/Lobia/Black Eyed Kidney Beans ki daal (splitted) 2 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Methhi leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • Bhhaji (chopped), Spinach or any Green Bhhaji 1 cups

  • sambhar masala 1/4 tsp

  • green chilli 1 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • Coconut Chutney:Coconut (grated) 1 nos

  • Raw Mango (kairi) 2-3 piece

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Garlic clove 1 nos

  • green chillies 3 nos

  • Corriander Leaves 2-3 sprig

  • Mint leaves 8-10 nos

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Hot Chutney: red chillies 7 nos

  • garlic cloves 5 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

    soak daal for 4-5 hrs den blend ol excpt salt, methhi n bhhaji, shud not put much water

    jus like v blend for vadas.

    koz u wil use hands to shape de bhajia n deep fry....

    deep fry til golden brown...

    serve wid coconut chutney n red hot chutney.....

    Coconut Chutney:.blend ol wid lil water

    Hot Chutney: blend ol well
