Ingredients

  • 2 cups chauli/lobia/black eyed kidney beans ki daal (splitted)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 8-10 nos methhi leaves (chopped)


  • 1 cups bhhaji (chopped), spinach or any green bhhaji


  • 1/4 tsp sambhar masala


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos coconut chutney:coconut (grated)


  • 2-3 piece raw mango (kairi)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 nos garlic clove


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 2-3 sprig corriander leaves


  • 8-10 nos mint leaves


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 7 nos hot chutney: red chillies


  • 5 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • soak daal for 4-5 hrs den blend ol excpt salt, methhi n bhhaji, shud not put much water
  • jus like v blend for vadas.
  • koz u wil use hands to shape de bhajia n deep fry....
  • deep fry til golden brown...
  • serve wid coconut chutney n red hot chutney.....
  • Coconut Chutney:.blend ol wid lil water
  • Hot Chutney: blend ol well
