  • Salt 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tbsp

  • Kesar/Orange Color 1 pinch

  • Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbsp

  • Citric Powder 1 tsp

  • tandoori masala 1 tsp

  • Oil 1/4 cups

    tek a bowl add ol ingredients except Chicken n mix well, apply on Chicken pcs n let marinate for 4-5 hrs, do not dispose extra marinade wil nid for basting..

    Grease baking tray n bake on 230°C wen one side done baste de lft ova marinade n toss chicken pcs de oder side.

    wen done remuv in a casserole.

    burn 2-3 charcoal pcs til red hot, mek a foil bowl n kip on it n lower in casserole pour a tsp of ghee n cover de casserole wid foil paper so de smoke does nt escape.
