Ingredients

  • besan 1/2 cups

  • maida 1/2 cups

  • curd 1 tbsp

  • oil 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • For stuffing:Methi 1 cups

  • big onion chopped 1 nos

  • tometo chopped 1 nos

  • capsicum chopped 1 nos

  • carrot chopped 1 nos

  • boiled potato 1 nos

  • Ginger garlic chilli paste 2 tsp

  • lime juice 1/2 nos

  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • zeera 1 tsp

  • hing 1 pinch

Directions

    Make a daugh with maida,besan ,curd salt and oil

    Heat oil add zeera and hing

  • 03

    Add onion ,ginger garlic paste

  • 04

    Saute for 2 min

  • 05

    Add all vegetable mix well

    Add tometo saute 2 min

    Add salt red chilli pwd,garam masala and lime juice mix well

    Add coriander leaves

    Take daugh make 2 roties

    Take one roti spread vegetable mixture

    Take another roti cover the veg mixture

    Heat oil roast the roti both side

    Now you decorate with green chutney , tometo sauce ,onion tometo and barik sev
