Serves : 4
  • 1 cups boiled rice

  • 1 cups beans and carrot finely chopped

  • 1/2 cups oil

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tsp veniger

  • 1 tsp ajinomoto

  • 2 sprig spring onions finely chopped

  • 1 tsp white pepper powder


  • Add oil to vok after oil get heated up add vegetables and toss them on high flame
  • Maintain high flame and add soya sauce, white pepper powder and veniger and fry till it loses it sour taste
  • Later add boiled rice and ajinomoto and toss it
  • Later add spring onion and serve hot
