  • 1 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cups ghee

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cups water


  • Take all purpose flour in a bowl and addbaking soda and sieve it
  • Add water step by step and make dough
  • Make small circles with dough
  • Take 3 circles and place one circle first later overlap second circle on first one exactly at the centre to stick these three circles apply water before arranging them repeat the procedure
  • Now roll the arranged circles after completion of roll just open the upper side like petals you can observe rose shape
  • Deep fry these roses and in other pan take sugar and add water 1 inch above the sugar and make sugar syrup
  • After deep fry of roses dip them in sugar syrup and rest it for 5 min and later serve them
