Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups rolled oats


  • 1/2 cups sooji / semolina


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 1 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt to taste or as required

Directions

  • Make a coarse ppowder of oats in a grinder.
  • Pour water and curd . Mix to make thick batter and set for 5 minutes.
  • when batter turns thick add water if requireed to get idli consistency.
  • add soda and mmix well.
  • Grease idli pot and pour the batter. steam it for 10 minutes. remove idlis when slightly cooled annd serve with chutney and sambhar .
