Make a coarse ppowder of oats in a grinder.
Pour water and curd . Mix to make thick batter and set for 5 minutes.
when batter turns thick add water if requireed to get idli consistency.
add soda and mmix well.
Grease idli pot and pour the batter. steam it for 10 minutes. remove idlis when slightly cooled annd serve with chutney and sambhar .
