Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs chicken fillet (make thin slices)


  • 1 tsp paprika


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1 tbsp garlic paste


  • 2 nos veggies:capsicum (red n green)


  • 1/4 cups french beans


  • 1 nos spring onion


  • 1/4 nos cabbage

Directions

  • marinate chicken slices in above masala for 3hrs.....
  • Veggies:make thin jullienes of all veggies and saute them in butter adding in salt, soya sauce, blackpepper and lemon juice let it cool.
  • Preparing Rolls:take a slice of chicken and fill it with veggies and roll the chicken in sausage or oblong shape and use thread to seal it..
  • can shallow fry them in nonstick pan with less oil till its browned up or baked them in oven spraying oil on it keeping on greased tray ...
  • when done remove thread...
  • Serve it wid wedges o fries.....
