Home made Jelly:Agar agar powder o gelatine 1 1/2 tbsp
Food colors 4-5 nos
Citric acid (limbu ka phul) 1 tsp
Sugar 6 tbsp
water 1 1/2 cups
Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp
Fruit essence (Green Apple o Strawberry essence) 1 drop
Pudding:Milk 1/2 litre
Evaporated Milk tin 1 nos
Nestle Cream 1 nos
Agar agar powder or Gelatine 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Sugar (o hw u prefer sweetness) 5-6 tbsp
tek a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder n citric acid mix well n kip on boil, wen it boils remuv from flame add chaat masala n fruit essence.
tek 4-5 smol plates put boiled mixture in it den put diff colors in each plate n mix well let it cool den chill
red jelly i set in de pudding mould n added some chopped strawberries... wen plate jellies is completely set, remuv n cut rounds using smol bottle top n kip on plate.
Pudding:Pudding:mix agar agar in lil milk til its dissolved, kip ol ingredients on boil excpt cream n vanila essence.
let it boil remuv from flame add essence n cream den beat it...
let it cool a bit..
Tek de mould of pudding wich has setted red jelly, place diff coloured round jellies on de mould sides...
pour milk mixture in de mould n let it set.
turn ova on platter n decorate wid skittles
