Ingredients

Serves 4

  • oats 1 bowls

  • spinach boiled and grind 1 bowls

  • big onion chopped 1 nos

  • carrot chopped 1 nos

  • capsicum chopped 1 nos

  • boiled potato chopped 1 nos

  • tometo chopped 1 nos

  • red chilli pwd 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • sabji masala 1 tsp

  • chilli flacks 1 tsp

  • mix hurbs 1/2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Tometo sauce 1 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • For daugh: Maida 1 cups

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • Water as needed 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a pan heat oil add onion and green chilli.

    After you add capsicum,carrot,tometo.

    Saute for 2 min.

    Than add oats saute for 1 min .

    Add potato and spinach,mix well

    When it is thick you put all the masala

    Mix well and keep a side.

    Make a smooth daugh with help of water

    Now you make small roties

    Heat tava spread oil on it

    Keep roties one by one roast means half roast

    Keep one roti spread tometo sauce on it

    Spread oats mixture on it .

    Flip it and roast it both the side help of little oil.

    Serve hot with tometo sauce or mayoneese
