1 tsp whole garam masala (few dalchin, cloves, black peppercorns n elaichi)
1 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp dhana/ jeera masala (optional)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp ghee
5-6 nos potatoes (halved)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
Directions
Blend tomato n powder spices together with ginger, garlic n tomato puree
in a pot put ghee and oil keep on flame add onions and fry till golden brown just like birista, add in chicken pcs n stir properly to mek the onions blend well with chicken pcs then add blended tomato n potatoes and sprinkle little garam masala then cook on med o low flame til done, if the gravy is bit watery keep high flame to make a thick gravy then simmer to give taraa....
