  • Chicken (cut in pcs) 1 nos

  • Onions (sliced thinnly) 2 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 5 nos

  • Whole garam masala (few Dalchin, Cloves, Black Peppercorns n Elaichi) 1 tsp

  • Fennel powder 1 tsp

  • Dhana/ jeera masala (optional) 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Tomato Puree 1 tbsp

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

  • Potatoes (Halved) 5-6 nos

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

    Blend tomato n powder spices together with ginger, garlic n tomato puree

    in a pot put ghee and oil keep on flame add onions and fry till golden brown just like birista, add in chicken pcs n stir properly to mek the onions blend well with chicken pcs then add blended tomato n potatoes and sprinkle little garam masala then cook on med o low flame til done, if the gravy is bit watery keep high flame to make a thick gravy then simmer to give taraa....
