Serves : 4
  • 1 cups green peas (boiled along wid carrots n potatoes in little water n salt)

  • 2 cups carrots n potatoes (chopped in small cubes)

  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cummin seeds

  • 4-5 nos green chillies n small pc of ginger (pounded)

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • 4-5 nos curry leaves (chopped)

  • 1/4 cups corriander leaves (chopped)

  • 1/2 nos onion (chopped)

  • 2 cups samosa wraps: maida (all purpose flour)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar


  • in a pan put 2 tbsp oil and keep on flame add mustard seeds cummin seeds curry leaves green chilli pounded and let it splutter...
  • add veggies and garam masala then mix well and remove from flame....
  • add corriander leaves n onions
  • let it cool then fill in the wraps and make samosas using flour glue/lai, deep fry to golden brown color.
  • Samosa wraps: bind with water to stiff dough, mek 9 balls den roll de balls into puris.... take 3 at a tyme, apply oil on each puri n lay anoder puri on the 3rd one do not apply oil.
  • roll this piled up 3 puris into thin roti n roast on big tava or pot lid... make sure u kip high or med heat n turn over n remove if u keep low flame it will go crispy.
  • as soon as u remove from flame separate the 3 rotis n lay all rotis on damp cloth and cover it
  • when all done in same way, cut in strips size of samosas you desire....
