Ingredients

Serves 2

  • multigrain bread slice 4 nos

  • youghurt 1 cups

  • chopped onions 2 tsp

  • tomato 2 tsp

  • mixed bell peppers 1 tsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • pepper powder 1 pinch

  • chaat masala 1 pinch

  • butter 1 tsp

  • chopped corainder leaves 1 tsp

Directions

    In a bowl add youghurt and all the vegetables mentioned above.

    Add salt,pepper powder and chaat masala into it.

    Finally add chopped corainder leaves and mix all well and keep aside

  • 04

    Heat a pan and grease it with butter. Roast the bread on both sides.

    Now fill the youghurt mix on the top of the two bread slices and close both bread together.

    Cut the corners of the bread and also cut into the shapes as you like. sandwich is ready to serve now.
