Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos multigrain bread slice


  • 1 cups youghurt


  • 2 tsp chopped onions


  • 2 tsp tomato


  • 1 tsp mixed bell peppers


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 pinch pepper powder


  • 1 pinch chaat masala


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp chopped corainder leaves

Directions

  • In a bowl add youghurt and all the vegetables mentioned above.
  • Add salt,pepper powder and chaat masala into it.
  • Finally add chopped corainder leaves and mix all well and keep aside
  • Heat a pan and grease it with butter. Roast the bread on both sides.
  • Now fill the youghurt mix on the top of the two bread slices and close both bread together.
  • Cut the corners of the bread and also cut into the shapes as you like. sandwich is ready to serve now.
  • Quick and healthy bite!!!!
