Yoghurt Sandwich
A variety of mouth watering sandwiches packed together with delicious filling. Do try it out !

Ingredients

4 nos multigrain bread slice
1 cups youghurt
2 tsp chopped onions
2 tsp tomato
1 tsp mixed bell peppers
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper powder
1 pinch chaat masala
1 tsp butter
1 tsp chopped corainder leaves
Directions
In a bowl add youghurt and all the vegetables mentioned above.
Add salt,pepper powder and chaat masala into it.
Finally add chopped corainder leaves and mix all well and keep aside
Heat a pan and grease it with butter. Roast the bread on both sides.
Now fill the youghurt mix on the top of the two bread slices and close both bread together.
Cut the corners of the bread and also cut into the shapes as you like. sandwich is ready to serve now.
