  • 2 cup boiledand mashed potatoes

  • 1/4 cup beetroot pury

  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 cup oil for frying

  • 2 cube cheese


  • In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potatoes,salt,chopped green chilly,chat masala,beetroot pury,bread crumbs and mix well,
  • Add 2 tablespoon more bread crumbs if required and make lumpy mixture
  • Now make small balls from it and flatten it and stuff 1 tablespoon greated cheese,and cover it and sil it give cutlets shape
  • In a pan heat the oil and deep fry all cutlets on medium flame till crispy
  • Now serve it with ketchup and garnish with greated cheese.
