Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken boneless (smol cubes) 1/2 kgs

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli flakes 2 nos

  • Yogurt 3 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • tandoori masala 1 tsp

  • Dry herbs (Marjoram, Oregano, Thyme n Chives) 1 cups

  • Coating: Cornflakes crushed (o Bread crumbs) 1 cups

  • All purpose flour (maida) 2 cups

  • beaten Egg (beaten) 1 nos

  • Milk 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • White pepper 1 dash

  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • Cornflour 3 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    marinate chicken pcs in above for 3-5hrs o more

  • 02

    Coating: in a big bowl mix maida, cornflour, oats or cornflakes, baking powder, salt n pepper.

    add chicken in dry flour mixture n toss well, now add milk lil by lil to coat de chicken well

  • 04

    cn remuv each pc on tray n kip in deep freezer for hlf n hr o deep fry on low or med flame den kip on high til golden brown.

    NB: can also mek batter of above ingredients n dip each pc in batter n deep fry bt popcorn effect myte nt b der.
