  • 3 cups bun dough: maida (all purpose flour)

  • 2 tsp yeast

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 3 tbsp nido milk powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine

  • 1/2 kgs filling: steak cubes

  • 1-2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1/2 nos lemon juice

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, let it rise for an hr.....
  • punch back n mek 14-15 balls den roll each ball into puri...
  • On each puri scoop 1 heapsful tbsp of meat mixture n put in centre, cut 4 sides as in u cuttin quatre of puri bt jus before de filling nw swap each quatre as u r overlapping dem to get a rose shape.
  • glaze wid beaten eggs, sprinkle sesame o flax seeds n kip on greased cupcake tray n let rise..
  • den bake on 200°C
  • Filling:put water in pressure cooker n add above ingredients n cook til tender, if derz water do dry it off add 1 potato cubes n cook wid it
  • Shredd meat n mash potato
  • Remuv in a pan with ol masala, add chopped capsicum, chilli sauce, garlic sauce, tomato ketchup n 1 tbsp tomato puree, add 2 tbsp oil n braise a lil, it shud b saucy n blended well.
  • Remuv from flame add sweetcorns n cheddar cheese shredds mix well... Let it cool.
  • Do filling of buns
