  • seedless dates 4-5 nos

  • milk 200 ml

  • milk powder 2 tsp

  • Vanilla essence 2-3 drop

Directions

    Put milk in a mixer jar

    Put dates,milk powder and banana

  • 03

    Blend it properly

  • 04

    Pour it in to glass and seve
