  • 4-5 nos seedless dates


  • 200 ml milk


  • 2 tsp milk powder


  • 2-3 drop vanilla essence

Directions

  • Put milk in a mixer jar
  • Put dates,milk powder and banana
  • Blend it properly
  • Pour it in to glass and seve
