1- Peel onions wash and chop them take a bowl put all ingredients in a big bowl mix them properly with the help of hands add water if required.
Switch on gas keep deep pan on it with oil on high flame when it becomes hot then put patted small balls of batter in it and slow the flame turn it 2-3 times.
3- When they become crispy then take them out on kitchen towel.
4- Take serving plate keep fritters on it and serve them with sauce or chutney.
