Ingredients

Serves 4

  • beef mince (boil in 1/4 cup water, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, dry it) 1 kgs

  • potatoes peeled n cubed (boil it wid mince) 4 nos

  • green chillies (chopped) 3 nos

  • corriander leaves (chopped) 1/2 cups

  • onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • few mint leaves (chopped) 1/2 cups

    Mash potatoes wid hands then add de rest n mek cutlet shapes n shallow fry dipping each in beaten eggs

    NB: put salt n lil chilli powder in beaten egg....
