Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs beef mince (boil in 1/4 cup water, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, dry it)


  • 4 nos potatoes peeled n cubed (boil it wid mince)


  • 3 nos green chillies (chopped)


  • 1/2 cups corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 1/2 cups few mint leaves (chopped)

Directions

  • Mash potatoes wid hands then add de rest n mek cutlet shapes n shallow fry dipping each in beaten eggs
  • NB: put salt n lil chilli powder in beaten egg....
