5-6 nos skewers of steak/chicken tikka barbequed or stirfried boneless chicken o beef fillet in salt, garlic paste, tandoori masala, lemon juice n blackpepper powder, giv it smoke of redhot charcoal in ghee.... den cut thin shredds
1/4 cups salad: 1 onion sliced, shredded lettuce, cabbage, cucumber n beetroot jullienes (put beets in lil vinegar)
3 tbsp tahini sauce : roast 3 tbsp of sesame n grind to fine powder add pinch of salt n olive oil mix well
2 tbsp mayonaise
1 tsp chilli sauce (any local brand)
1/2 tsp hot chutney (any local brand)
3 cups recipe of arabic rotis:maida (all purpose flour)
1 pinch salt
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp (nido) milk powder
2 tbsp olive oil

In a bowl mix sauces wid salad den add meat n mix well....
Tek a arabic roti den scoop 1 o 2 tbsp of filling n fill in each n pin it up wid toothpick n if using foldovers jus fill in between.
