  • 500 gms boiled baby potatoes

  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli kashmiri mirch powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 200 gms refined oil for frying

  • 2-3 nos green chillies chopped

  • 2-3 tbsp green corriander leaves

  • 4-5 tbsp cornflour


  • 1-First of all boil Baby Potatoes in pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles, open it when steam is released and strain it in strainer.
  • 2-Switch on gas and keep kadhai with oil on high flame .
  • 3- Meanwhile take one bowl put all spices, boiled potatos with cornflour and mix them properly use water if needed.
  • 4- Now pour that mixed potatoes for frying in oiland take them out when they become crispy.
  • 5-Now take out oil only 2tsp. should be left in it put all sauces and both chilli powder, green chillies chopped and green Corriander leaves & mix them.
  • 6- Add crispy fried potatoes in it and stir them they are ready to serve in serving bowl.
  • Note- This is an instant snack as our potatoes are boiled and fried in the meantime we had done other preparation.
