Ingredients

500 gms nylone poha
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar powder
2 tbsp chopped green chillies
2 tbsp curry leaves
1/4 cups roasted cheakpea (daliya)
1 tsp turmaric powder
1/4 cups keshew
1/4 cups almind
1/4 cups kismis
1/4 cups melon seeds
4 tbsp oil
Directions
In a pan add nylone poha and roast it for 10 min.Then let it cool.
In a pan add oil,heat it then add curry leaves,chopped green chilly,and roast it 1 min.Then add turmeric powder,daliya,keshew,almond,melon seeds,and roast it on low flame for 2 min.
Then add roasted potatoes,salt,sugar,kismis,and mix well,off the flame,let it cool and serve it
