Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms nylone poha


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3 tbsp sugar powder


  • 2 tbsp chopped green chillies


  • 2 tbsp curry leaves


  • 1/4 cups roasted cheakpea (daliya)


  • 1 tsp turmaric powder


  • 1/4 cups keshew


  • 1/4 cups almind


  • 1/4 cups kismis


  • 1/4 cups melon seeds


  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions

  • In a pan add nylone poha and roast it for 10 min.Then let it cool.
  • In a pan add oil,heat it then add curry leaves,chopped green chilly,and roast it 1 min.Then add turmeric powder,daliya,keshew,almond,melon seeds,and roast it on low flame for 2 min.
  • Then add roasted potatoes,salt,sugar,kismis,and mix well,off the flame,let it cool and serve it
