Ingredients

  • 3-4 nos bread slices:


  • 1 nos potato: peeled and grated


  • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce:


  • 2 tbsp cornflour:


  • 2 nos green chillies:


  • 1/2 tsp salt:


  • 1 cups oil:

Directions

  • Chop the bread slices into small pieces.
  • Mix together bread pieces,grated potato, green chillies,salt and corn flour.
  • Make small cylindrical rolls or any desired shape.
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry.
  • Drain and keep in absorbent paper.
  • Serve with mayonaise or tomato ketchup.
