  • 2 tbsp oats:


  • 1/2 cups almond milk / diary milk:


  • 1 nos chickoo:


  • 1 tsp blueberry jam:


  • 1 tsp beetroot powder:


  • 1 tsp flax seed powder:


  • 1 tsp chia seeds:

Directions

  • Blend together all the ingredients except chia seeds into fine consistency.
  • Top it with chia seeds and serve.
