2 tbsp oats:
1/2 cups almond milk / diary milk:
1 nos chickoo:
1 tsp blueberry jam:
1 tsp beetroot powder:
1 tsp flax seed powder:
1 tsp chia seeds:
Directions
Blend together all the ingredients except chia seeds into fine consistency.
Top it with chia seeds and serve.
