1/2 cups bauchi chopped in 2 or 3 (guwar, cluster beans)
1 kgs mutton (boiled in ginger garlic paste, garam masala n salt)
2 nos onions (sliced)
1 nos coconut milk (thick n thin)
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp sabzi masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 nos lemon juice
3 nos whole green chillies
2 sprig corriander leaves (chopped for garnish)
1 cups dumplings:bajra aata (pearl millet flour)
1/4 cups besan
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
Directions
Dumplings: bind using oil in yor hands n shape into muthhiyas till all done n keep aside.
Saute onion in 2 tbsp oil n 1 tbsp ghee till brownish color, then add tomatoes, garlic ginger paste, fennel powder chilli powder, turmeric powder, sabzi masala n braise til its like paste add all the veggies n little thin coconut milk let it cook on med flame till almost done add meat, lemon juice n green chillies n thick coconut milk mix it well add dumplings n lower flame do not stir at this stage so make sure enough coconut milk is there and let it simmer till done.
