Ingredients

Serves 4

  • smol brinjals 7-8 nos

  • green peas 1/2 cups

  • pigeon peas (fresh ones) whole tuvar 1/2 cups

  • potatoes (peeled n quartered) 4 nos

  • spinach (chopped) 1/2 cups

  • methi bhaji, fenugreek leaves (chopped) 1 cups

  • bauchi chopped in 2 or 3 (guwar, cluster beans) 1/2 cups

  • mutton (boiled in ginger garlic paste, garam masala n salt) 1 kgs

  • onions (sliced) 2 nos

  • Coconut milk (thick n thin) 1 nos

  • fennel powder 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • sabzi masala 1 tbsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • lemon juice 1 nos

  • whole green chillies 3 nos

  • corriander leaves (chopped for garnish) 2 sprig

  • Dumplings:bajra aata (pearl millet flour) 1 cups

  • besan 1/4 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Dumplings: bind using oil in yor hands n shape into muthhiyas till all done n keep aside.

    Saute onion in 2 tbsp oil n 1 tbsp ghee till brownish color, then add tomatoes, garlic ginger paste, fennel powder chilli powder, turmeric powder, sabzi masala n braise til its like paste add all the veggies n little thin coconut milk let it cook on med flame till almost done add meat, lemon juice n green chillies n thick coconut milk mix it well add dumplings n lower flame do not stir at this stage so make sure enough coconut milk is there and let it simmer till done.
