Ingredients
Serves 15
Plain flour: 2 cups
Eggs: 3 nos
Milk: 1 1/2 cups
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Butter: 1 tsp
Directions
Mix together plain flour, baking soda,salt and eggs and whisk well.
Add milk and adjust the consistency to semi thick.
Add sugar and cinnamon powder and mix.
Heat a non stick pan,grease with butter.
Pour a spoonful of batter into thebpan and cover and cook both sides till it turns golden brown.
