  • 5 tbsp maida

  • 6 tbsp milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp butter / refined oil

  • 1 pinch baking powder

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 5 drop vinegar

  • 3 drop vanilla essence

  • 2 tsp choco chips or grated dark chocolate


  • In a Mug , add Maida, sugar, baking powder and baking soda & mix them.
  • Pour half of the milk in a cup and try to mix all the ingredientes using spoon , slowly add rest of the milk n oil, whisk for 5 mins them properly till whole sugar is dissolved.
  • Now add half of the grated chocolate , vanilla essence, vinegar drops and mix them again properly.
  • Use rest of the grated chocolate or choco chips for garnishing.
  • Now keep the mug in oven n microwave it for 1 : 30 mins -2 mins (time may be different for different microwave). After 1 : 30 mins check the mug cake by inserting tooth pick in cake if tooth pick comes out clean it means cake is ready otherwise cook for another 20-30 secs.
  • Delicious n super soft chocolate mug cake is ready to serve within few mins , we can relish it hot or keep in fridge n enjoy later.
