Ingredients

Serves 4

  • milk 4 cups

  • evaporated milk 1 cups

  • condensed milk 1 cups

  • nestle cream (dessert cream) or fresh cream 1/2 cups

  • agaragar powder (china grass powder) 2 tbsp

  • rose essence 2 tsp

  • Syrup:sugar 2 tbsp

  • water 2 tbsp

  • chaat masala 1 pinch

  • rose essence 1 drop

  • red color 1 drop

    boil ol wel excpt essence n cream til it bubbles....

    remuv from flame n àdd essence n cream n beat well den kip to cool for 10mins, pour on pudding moulds any u desire o bowls den let it cool n set....

    can kip in fridge....

    pour syrup on it

    unmould n serve!!

    syrup : boil sugar n water til it thickens a lil, remuv from flame add chaat masala, essence n color.
