Dough: mix dry ingredients then add egg n bind wid warm water to soft pliable dough, kip in a bowl n cover it wid cling film....
In a pan put 4-5 tbsp of oil n kip on flame add onions n braise to golden brown color add garlic n ginger den add tomatoes n saute to a paste add spices n salt add in mince n lil water cook til done
if its nt dried up cn dry on high flame bt shud b soggy mixture now add capsicum n jalopenos mix well on low flame den remuv from flame...
let it cool completely den do filling.
How to do filling: Take a smol size ball of dough n roll into a puri
Scoop 1 n hlf tbsp of mince mixture n put in centre of puri
Now mek a hlf moon shape
Seal de edges den use pinch n fold tactic ol over de edge
Wen ol done kip in freezer for 30mins
Deep fry on low o med flame to nice golden brown color
