Grind uncooked chana , dhaniya and jeera with 1-2 tbsp water to a paste. Add all other ingredients to mixture and grind again. Check seasoning.
Make round flat tikkis of about 1” diameter.
Preheat oxy fryer for 5 minutes at 160 c,arrange falafel in fry basket and close it properly. Keep at 160 c for 25-30 minutes. Turn the falafel in between to cook uniformly. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
