  • Mawa 1/2 kg

  • All purpose flour 11/2 cup

  • powdered sugar 11/2 tbsp

  • Ghee 2 cups


  • Make a dough of all purpose flour add little ghee in it
  • Make small balls of equal size and Roll into poori with the help of roller
  • Roast mawa till brown and aromatic.keep aside ,add powdered sugar in it
  • Fill this stuffing in gujiya and make gujiya with the help of mould
  • Fry them in ghee till crispy
